Once my husband asked whether postcards from rare countries, like North Korea, would be considered as a good gift. Of course! - I said, and he listed countries in Asia, Africa, and South America where his friends have lived or visited [since then we got some cards from vacation places, maybe in some future posts]. When he said 'Senegal', I replied that I've already had one, because it's one of the common holiday destinations. Unluckily, German postcrosser did not use a travel mode that time [or it wasn't introduced back then yet], but even type of the card has 'vacation' all over it - with the hotel facilities and all. Sadly stamps on the card didn't survive the journey, which is common for such destinations.
