     It was wonderful movie - nice simple story [following all laws and templates, but avoiding most annoying ones - like 'final kiss' or 'one evil scientist who works against humanity'] with stunning picture and thorough details, as all del Toro's movies. Now when i reminded myself about those postcards, refreshed the wiki trivia, i want to read comics, novelization,  and watch the movie again!

     Cherno Alpha is Mark I Russian Jaeger, heaviest, oldest and one of the best armored, also slowest and with open nuclear reactor as it seems from the movie ['The water flows into the Reactor!'], very Russian xD The visuals resemble the Russian tanks, with a cockpit inside the 'heart' rather than in 'head' as in other Jaegers, which quite contemporary, thinking of new Armata platform. Crimson Typhoon is Mark-4 Chinese Jaeger, piloted by triplets, defendor of Hong-Kong.
