Wonderful illustration by Dmitry Alikin [crowsoftsymbol] about the yoga positions - that one is Pose of Crocodile in Russian, English wikipedia associates 'Crocodile' with Makarasana, relax position and prone version of Shavasana, but the text above on postcard says Chaturanga Dandasana, which is Four-Limbed Staff Pose in English. Well, i do it not as yoga position, but as a correct phase during push-ups [here is push-up tutorial i use, very helpful].
